We are excited to welcome Corissa Frederick to the sales team at Runde Chevrolet in East Dubuque!

Corissa was born and raised in the Dubuque area and is very active with local organizations.

“I spend a lot of time in the community and am on the Board of Directors for Dubuque Main Street and the Chair of Dubuque and All That Jazz,” she said. “Community involvement is a large part of my life.”

Corissa has nearly 20 years of banking experience, so she is very familiar with the finance side of the automotive industry.

“I was really surprised to see how many similarities there were between what I did with customers at the bank and here,” she said. “I was also surprised to see how much ‘homework’ consumers do before coming in to make a purchase.”

Her enthusiasm and energy have helped make the career change seamless.

“I have worked in the corporate banking world for years and have never felt more at home than I do at Runde,” she said. “The employees have been extremely supportive and very willing to assist. I love the laid-back atmosphere and it seems our customers do as well. It is everything I expected it would be and more.”

Corissa has three children, two girls and a boy. Her son is finishing his first year of college and her girls are in grade school and middle school.

She loves trucks — her favorite is the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD.

“I am a truck girl and love driving big vehicles,” she said. “I have not kept a vehicle longer than three years, which is part of my reasoning for wanting to work in the automotive industry.”

If you are in the market for a vehicle, give Corissa a call!

“I want to do what is right for the customer 100% of the time,” she said. “I will never rush or push a sale and will work for the customer on both sides. My intentions are to be sure that the customer is satisfied when they leave in hopes that they will come back or send a friend or family member my way.”
