Runde’s Goes the Extra Mile to Find Customers a Vehicle

Bill and Joslyn Seefeldt, of the town of Milton, WI, drove a couple hours for Runde Auto Group’s dedication to customer satisfaction.
“We contacted several dealers in our neighborhood and they said it would be too hard to get the car or it wouldn’t be efficient for them to get the exchange,” Bill said.
The couple got what they wanted at Runde’s: a black 2014 Chevrolet Sonic LT, with a turbocharged engine. The hatchback vehicle will be used as a work car for Joslyn, who is a farrier (which is a specialist in equine hoof care, including the trimming and balancing of horses’ hooves and the placing of shoes on their hooves).
“I wanted something that was very fuel efficient because it will be a work car for me,” Joslyn said. “I drove one over the winter when my truck was laid up and I really liked it. I was very impressed with the vehicle.”
Joslyn was driving a ’99 Chevrolet Cavalier before this.
This was the couple’s first purchase from Runde’s and they said they’d come back. Their salesman was Kyle Larson at the Runde Chevrolet store in East Dubuque, IL.
“Kyle was super helpful and he was very communicative,” Joslyn said. “I never had any issues and he was always on the phone trying to check what was going on.”
