Ford is continuously leaping forward with advancements in pretty much everything in the automotive world. What’s the next breaking development from Ford you ask? Before that, ask yourself - ’How sweet would it be to have balloons for seat belts?” Now back to Ford’s breakthrough inven… huh? You say you think you know what it is?
That’s right guys, moving towards a safer future with less worry about getting injured in an accident - Ford has developed the industries first inflatable seat belts. These belts (to be introduced with the new Explorer) will reduce impact pressure and control head and neck movement to avoid injury. Another great idea that will make us feel a little better about our children, families and friends driving around.
